Overview
Currently, we are seeking for a flexible, detail-oriented Junior Developer to join our team for a maternity cover position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in VBA, Python, or VB.Net who are eager to work on real-world business solutions and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support:
  • Respond to ServiceNow incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Communicate directly with users to provide prompt, effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to URE and document templates
• Change Requests & Enhancements:
  • Implement updates or enhancements to URE templates
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with business standards
  • Test and validate changes before deployment, documenting updates as required
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in testing changes and enhancements made by other team members
  • Execute test cases, document results, and report issues or discrepancies
  • Help ensure all updates meet quality standards before release

• Experience developing MS Office applications using VBA
• Strong skills in Advanced Excel and Word automation
• Ability to adapt to new programming languages and tools as needed
• Understanding of how business applications are built, preferably Office-based
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders is a plus
