Treasury Analyst

Role Purpose: The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing daily treasury operations, cash management, and banking activities. This position requires at least three years of relevant experience and strong working knowledge of Quantum and Trax treasury management systems. The ideal candidate will support cash forecasting, banking relationships, payments processing, and compliance with internal controls for the LATAM region.
Key responsibilities:
Cash Management:
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Execute and record cash transactions using Quantum and Trax systems.

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Banking Operations:
Initiate and approve electronic payments, wire transfers, and intercompany funding using Quantum and Trax.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain and update bank signatories and documentation in IBAM
System Administration:
Serve as a subject matter expert for Quantum and Trax systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution.
Support system upgrades, testing, and user training.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare treasury reports for management and auditors.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
Assist with KYC, bank account opening/closing, and documentation management.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury processes.

Participate in treasury projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of treasury or cash management experience.
Hands-on experience with Quantum and Trax treasury management systems is required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity with banking platforms and payment formats (SWIFT, ACH, etc.).
Experience in a multinational corporate treasury environment is preferred.
