Role Purpose: In this role, the employee will leverage the finance and accounting knowledge with expertise in data analysis, financial reporting, and business intelligence tools, to provide support to the Regional and Countries Controllership teams.
The role will work closely with Finance Transformation and Corporate teams to analyze financial data, streamline processes, identify best practices, and implement solutions that improve efficiencies and add value to the stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key financial metrics and insights.
o Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.

2. Business Intelligence Development:
o Design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions using tools such as Qlik Sense, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
o Collaborate with Finance Transformation team to ensure seamless integration of financial data from various systems.
o Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
o Gather and analyze data to provide insights to identify risks and opportunities, as well as controls’ improvement and processes automation.
o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
o Act as a subject matter expert on financial data and reporting tools.

4. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, tools, and methodologies.
o Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and business intelligence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
• Knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Alteryx) and data visualization techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
