The A&H Product & Distribution Specialist is responsible for coordinating with retail sales and underwriting to advance core initiatives and strategies for both new and renewal objectives. This role will own and drive specific distribution strategies and will establish best practices for advancing initiatives from concept to execution.

Core Responsibilities :

Account/Broker Management (Execution Priorities)

  • A&H Key Broker Management
    • Ongoing management of key broker stewardship meetings.
      • Maintain a roster of A&H Key Brokers.
      • Establish, confirm, and coordinate the A&H team for each broker.
      • Create a uniform dashboard of metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
      • Develop an external stewardship cadence along with an internal meeting cadence.
  • P&C Broker Owner Partnership
    • Establish a uniform process for profiling brokers and identifying A&H opportunities.
    • Manage the flow of information and execution steps with Field Operations colleagues in conjunction with Retail Sales Leadership.
    • Conduct inside sales discussions regarding product offerings and distribution strategies with CISA brokers, including the development of an annual plan to expand the market footprint.

Retail Sales & Distribution Execution (Execution Priorities)

  • Under the direction of the Growth Office, carry out execution items for defined Retail Sales Initiatives, such as:
    • Manage target inventory and progression for Multinational New Submission routing.
    • Establish a proactive Large CI targeting process with data analytics to auto-target and upload for the sales team.
    • Create a uniform process for industry-specific targeting to enhance engagement.
    • Manage coordination with MA Data Analytics to mine in-force business and create Level 3 targets.
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on financial reporting and up-to-date Chubb details to assist with business and broker discussions.

Data Reporting & Analytics (Execution Priorities)

  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales to continue enhancing data reporting capabilities, particularly around KPIs and new business strategies.
  • Maintain pipelining and weekly submission reporting.
  • Prepare quarter close decks.
  • Manage strategy and sales dashboarding, including:
    • Target progression reporting
    • Sales strategy tracking
    • CI submission activity dashboard
    • Activity logs
  • Support ongoing improvements to Tracker, Vision, and Qlik in coordination with Finance Data.
  • Utilize cross-sell tools and leverage data analytics for prospecting and effective cross-selling opportunities.

Tool Implementation

  • Implement sales enablement and reporting tools that provide content management and analytics.
  • Create and organize reporting to assist with overall review per product.
  • Serve as an A&H subject matter expert and train new team members on A&H weekly reports and status updates.

  • Four-year college degree.
  • Two to four years of sales, underwriting, or agency/brokerage experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and multitasking.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The pay range for the role is $67,300 to $114,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
