We are on the hunt for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our energetic Service Delivery Team in Madrid. You will be instrumental in evaluating as-is business processes with in-country stakeholders, conducting data analysis, defining requirements, and collaborating to deliver innovative to-be solutions for improved operational, and work efficiency. ( 12-month job Opportunity)


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business functions, gather requirements, and construct workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support business planning and process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to align on objectives and deliver value.
  • Apply cost control, asset utilization, and operational excellence principles.
  • Use KPIs, metrics, and financial models to measure and optimize performance.
  • Support project management and supply chain planning.
  • Suggest out-of-box solutions for process optimization and automation.
  • Liaise with country stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate change management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced English; Spanish and other European languages are a plus.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, research, statistics, and process improvement.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with AI is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous worker, with critical thinking.
