We are looking for a talented and committed Network Operations Engineer to join our 24/7 operational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be tasked with maintaining network uptime, diagnosing and resolving network issues, responding to incidents, and implementing network upgrades and enhancements. This position requires working in a dynamic environment on a follow-the-sun schedule, which includes 12-hour shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A strong command of English communication, both written and verbal, is essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends, in a follow-the-sun model.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of WiFi technologies.
• Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSL.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting network issues and incident management.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools, including NetBrain, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco DNAC, and Cisco Nexus Dashboard.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing member of a team.
• Relevant network certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA) are preferred.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Perl is a plus.
