Role Overview
We're looking for a experienced software engineer to join our team and help us build and deliver exciting new products and technology solutions for our customers in both the NZ and global insurance industry. If you are passionate about building software then we would like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack software solutions.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Champion AI-first engineering practices, driving value across the entire development lifecycle
• Take ownership of projects, proactively learning and applying new technologies
• Deliver outstanding outcomes aligned with Chubb’s business goals and strategy
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in full stack development in .NET or Angular or similar frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with AI-driven software engineering SLDC and industry tooling

• Proven experience as senior software engineer.
• Strong experience delivering full stack software solutions in .Net, Angular/React ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and leaderships skills.
• Passion for technology, problem solving and AI.
