About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Portfolio Pricing Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of Group portfolio pricing, including analysis of scheme performance, development of structured pricing recommendations, and ongoing monitoring of portfolio results to ensure disciplined renewal outcomes and sustainable profitability. You will proactively identify emerging risks and trends, leveraging data-driven insights to inform commercial alignment and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Analysis & Pricing Support: Deliver data-driven pricing recommendations and analysis to support Group portfolio profitability and sustainability.
  • Commercial Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key portfolio metrics to ensure commercial targets and renewal outcomes are met.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve pricing processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Product & Business Knowledge: Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of Group products, market trends, and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Apply risk management practices to safeguard portfolio performance and compliance.

About you

  • Extensive Group life insurance experience, especially in administration, underwriting, pricing, or portfolio analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Group scheme operations and TPA/IFA structures
  • Proven ability to analyse claims and performance data

  • Advanced analytical skills and commercial judgement
  • Skilled at interpreting complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings
  • Exceptional spreadsheet proficiency
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
