Position Summary:

The End User Services Information Technology Asset Handler will be responsible for facilitating the daily and long-term strategic lifecycle management of End User Computers and Peripherals for the enterprise. This candidate will be accountable to manage the asset handling operations at the Chubb Philadelphia campus. The handler will ensure the technology and processes use to support IT Asset Management (ITAM) will fulfill all operational requirements.

The candidate will have a combination of organization skills and a strong attention to detail in following processes required support ITAM for Chubb’s North America offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders including: Site Support Analysts, End User Services Service Delivery Manager and couriers
  • Ensuring the required Asset Management and Disposal activities can be performed in a timely fashion; including dispatching resources to perform the tasks when required
  • Collaborate with Site Support Analysts in 16 sites in the United States to ensure requirements are understood and met with regard to assets being shipped to those sites
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to coordinate dispatch of technicians to sites in support of ITAM activities if necessary

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
  • Organization skills and time management skills to keep operations on track
  • Experience supporting or managing physical equipment logistics at a large scale
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with major couriers and the processes required to use those services
  • Physical ability to lift and transport equipment in excess of 25 pounds

The pay range for the role is $57,000 to $83,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.
