The FP&A Analyst, Global Ops & IT Finance, supports financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for functions within Global Operations and IT Finance. This role works closely with team members across Global Operations, IT Finance, Procurement, Business Resiliency, GCRE, and Data organizations to provide financial insights that support business priorities. The analyst will contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and decision support activities.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy Support
Assist with the development of financial strategies by gathering and analyzing data.
Provide financial analysis to help align financial goals with operational initiatives.
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Monthly Close
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for assigned groups.
Collect inputs, analyze data, and help prepare financial plans and forecasts.
Identify and communicate key financial risks and opportunities to team members.
Assist in the monthly close process to ensure financials match expected results.
Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis
Prepare and distribute timely, accurate financial reports, including variance analysis.
Work with team members to explain variances and suggest improvements.
Proforma Reporting & Analysis
Collaborate with finance teams to gather financial information and conduct analysis.
Report on cost savings, reinvestment, and incremental spending across relevant groups.
Decision Support
Support team members in understanding financials and making informed decisions.
Assist with financial modeling and analysis for business cases and resource allocation.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting policies in collaboration with the Global Controller.
Assist with analysis and review of Clarity and MyHR reporting.
Help ensure adherence to technology finance policies.
- Bachelor’s degree required, prefer Accounting, will consider Finance, Business Administration.
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
