4. 具系統開發及金融保險業經驗/知識尤佳

‧ 1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring.
‧ 5+ years experience as a business/requirements/systems analyst.
‧ Good experience in resolving and working through escalated and complex issues.
‧ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
‧ Conduct user requirement analysis for new system development.
‧ Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
‧ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
‧ Software development and insurance industry background preferred.
‧ Experience with MVC dot NET, MS SQL, Webservices, RESTFul services.
