Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Design, develop, and manage metrics and reporting to drive visibility, accountability, and action across Citi’s Data Governance organization. Generate and maintain dashboards to provide data quality insights to Citi’s Data Governance forums. Ensure resiliency, stability and sustainability planning and testing of published reports. Support data governance reporting to achieve regulatory goals in adherence with consent order. Maintain data governance standards and ensure data meets quality, integrity, and compliance requirements. Design, implement, and monitor Data Governance reporting risks and controls for auditability across all business lines. Ensure business requirement documentation and operationalization of metrics and reports adhere to Citi approved processes and agile methodology. Partner with Technology to plan key reporting activities and perform user acceptance testing. Advise on metrics designing, sourcing, and expansion and troubleshoot potential risks and issues. Collaborate with data governance control owners to create reports for monitoring data governance policies effectiveness. Develop data quality checks and controls for accurate, complete, and timely consent order reporting. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation designing and developing solutions for complex application programs. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working with and utilizing Agile delivery methodology and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) to write business requirements, create user stories, and deliver JIRAs within specified time frames; Developing project conception through execution including level of effort planning, prioritization, and intake/new business analysis; Developing and maintaining internal governance and process management documentation; Acquiring and transforming business requirements into reports that allow for the adoption of Performance Indicators while also ensuring governance with data policies, standards, and associated roles and responsibilities; Delivering end-to-end data warehousing, data engineering, and data modeling projects in Agile methodology; and Working with data management tools to implement data lineage and data quality standards to identify critical data elements, help implement data quality monitoring rules, and provide monthly metrics to report on DQ Health for critical data elements. 40 hrs./wk.
