We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, HR Quality Control Analyst - Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines. The QC Analyst role is an integral part of our quality assurance team. This role will ensure that our cases are reviewed for accuracy, including planning, scoping, sampling, execution and observation validation. This role will work closely with our global HRPD organization to execute the monthly review of discipline, performance and other related cases and ensure adherence to the Global QC procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct review of cases to ensure all required fields are completed, related documents are included, and information is documented accordingly.
  • Ensure cases are remediated appropriately and within timeline.
  • Complete reports with findings according to procedure and timelines.
  • Create and maintain reports on metrics as required.
  • Perform work activities according to procedures and exhibit good understanding of concepts within own technical area.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to provide feedback in relation to quality documentation and metrics and address improvement opportunities to lower risk.
  • Provide coaching and training to other team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties and functions as designed.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The ideal candidate will have the following education, knowledge and experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Past experience reviewing cases within an HR environment
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. sorting, filtering, basic formulas, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and other MS Office including Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to collaborate, coordinate and execute with the broader HR teams
  • Well-developed organization, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to work on and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in working in a unit requiring coordination across multiple regions and ability to deliver in a global organization
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to respond to changes in priorities
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Possess strong team building skills


Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
