Experience: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to support development
- Work closely with engineering, UX, and ICRM team to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment
- Facilitate backlog grooming and be actively involved in all agile ceremonies at scrum level
- Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment
- Support multiple business groups and external systems during the UAT phase
- Production support for any high priority and critical issues/incidents
- Ability to fetch and analyze data using basic SQL queries
- Be able to work independently / with minimal supervision
- Flexible and able to manage time effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Hands on experience with SAFE Agile framework
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Compliance
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification (or equivalent) is a plus
