The Finance Technology Investment Management team is seeking a highly motivated and analytical person to join our dynamic team within the Finance CAO. Our team plays a critical role in the simplification and standardization of Finance wide operations by optimizing people, process and technology. As a trusted partner across Finance, we are responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability and strategic alignment of technology investments. The team also plays a key role in managing the internal governance for technology investments, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes.
Reporting to the Finance Operations Program Execution Lead the individual will have a strategic solution mindset and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, they love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.
Responsibilities
- Governance Framework Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive internal governance documentation, including procedures, controls, and process workflows related to Finance Technology Investments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze investment data, including business case intent, year-to-date spend, forecast spend, and multi-year project data, to identify trends, patterns, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization. Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Policy and Standards: Analyze and interpret relevant policies, standards, and procedures to ensure a thorough understanding of key pillars, responsibilities, associated risks, and expected controls for assigned business processes. Provide guidance to stakeholders on implementation.
- Risk & Control Management: Demonstrate a strong focus on risk and control management, collaborating with team members and partners to identify risks and implement appropriate controls to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards.
- Review and Challenge: Critically evaluate the design, stated capabilities, and projected outcomes of Finance Investment Requests and business cases and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain meeting material, including agendas, minutes, and action items, to effectively support the Finance Technology Investment’s stakeholder delivery model.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with our partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Finance and Technology teams. This includes promoting best practices in governance and ensuring alignment on investment strategies and priorities.

- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effectively navigating complex details while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Possesses sharp critical thinking skills, extracting concrete insights and actionable recommendations from business cases and complex datasets.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining comprehensive internal governance and process management documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to best practices.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of complex policies and regulatory requirements, effectively interpreting and applying them to business decisions.
- Ability to contribute to and lead efforts to achieve department/ business unit goals, demonstrating autonomy and requiring a low level of supervision.
- Exhibits exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creates impactful presentations that effectively synthesize complex concepts and analyses for diverse audiences, leveraging proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
5+ years of relevant professional experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$77,280.00 - $115,920.00
