Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams. Full supervisory responsibilities. including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and overseeing the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks. Individuals in this group independently asses risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices. Governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example.
- Looks for ways to improve the current process and share best practices with senior leadership.
- Participates in senior leadership meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed.
- Assists senior level management in gathering data and information for executive level reporting and to take ownership of specified projects and tasks.
- Builds trusted internal and external customer relationships
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years relevant experience
- High Level analytical research and investigative skill set including experience with background checks/intelligence/customer research/transactional analysis • High level of analytical skills and complex problem-solving
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel)
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Level of English intermediate
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Comunicación / Diseño Gráfico
- Manejo intermedio – avanzado de Excel, cruces, tablas dinámicas.
- Manejo intermedio en realizar presentaciones efectivas en Power Point.
- Conocimientos en logística y organización de eventos presenciales y virtuales.
- Disponibilidad indispensable para viajar entre las sedes: Moras y Revolución entre 1 y 2 veces al mes.
Funciones Principales:
- Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación a través de diferentes medios (mail, postal, cartel) detectando las necesidades de los clientes y mercado objetivo con el fin de satisfacer sus necesidades de operación y de desarrollo dentro de la unidad de negocio.
- Diseñar estrategias de comunicación específicas, planificando un estudio profundo de las necesidades, mercado objetivo y alcance de la campaña a fin de asegurar que el usuario quede satisfecho con el servicio.
- Desarrollar mensajes y formatos de comunicación multimedia (audio y video) para el envío de información de dirección, reconocimientos y actividades especiales al personal.
- Mantener actualizadas listas de distribución de mail, así como garantizar el adecuado funcionamiento del buzón departamental de la Dirección.
- Actualizar imagen de comunicación (banners, logotipos y reconocimientos), de acuerdo a las necesidades y cambios estratégicos de la Dirección.
- Realizar diseño gráfico de imágenes.
- Diseñar estrategias electrónicas de comunicación a través de Share Point identificando las necesidades de demanda de los clientes.
- Dar soporte a requerimientos en presentaciones, reportes, entregables y documentos para clientes internos y externos.
- Ejecutar las estrategias de comunicación verificando que se cumplan conforme a lo planeado para el correcto resultado y para la satisfacción de los usuarios.
- Evaluar la funcionalidad de medios internos de comunicación mediante el desarrollo de técnicas de investigación, sondeos, análisis situacionales y gráficos para detectar áreas de oportunidad, reorientar los procesos y asegurar el adecuado funcionamiento e implementación de cada uno de ellos.
- Analizar los contenidos de información y adecuarlos a los diferentes medios de comunicación mediante síntesis y selección de los datos a través de medio de comunicación correcto para su adecuada difusión y contribuir a que los mensajes sean claros y entendibles.
