The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Development of Middleware / API layers for analytics application.
• Ability to translate architecture to code and execute the tasks independently
• Ability to write code to process large data in Java/J2EE web service layers and
• Writing Unit tests, coding as per standards, performance optimziations /tuning, CyberArk integration for secured connection, and basic understanding of Openshift ECS and CI/CD pipelines
- Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend solutions, provide user supports on need basis
- Analyze applications to identify and fix vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging, deployment
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Qualifications Knowledge/Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of Extensive experience in Java/J2EE, Springboot, Angular and Microservices, SQL
• Must have in depth conceptual knowledge of Java, microservices and RDBMS / Databases
• Must be able to work independently to resolve issues with stakeholders TechOps and Support
• Excellent written and oral communiction skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education • Graduate/Postgraduate with computer Science/Information Technology
Good to Have Skills
• Experience with .NET core, Oracle
• Exposure to Reporting tools (SSRS / Tableau )
