Reference Data Services Analyst (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis
- Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated
- Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders
- Provide tangible metrics to Management
- Working on shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 9:00-17:00 and 15:00-23:00 (cover for EMEA and NAM)
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (written&spoken)
- Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset
- Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge
- Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
- Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
- Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable
- Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset
