The Technology Product Management Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. The incumbent will work within Agile/Iterative squads to automate MIS, reconciliation, visualization dashboards and Regulatory reports in different platforms and technologies. The position will sit within technology and the candidate will be required to understand the current business landscape across multiple global locations and provide business and data requirements, process solutions, work with the team on business requirements development, application testing, and end user assistance and for managing the development Book of Work. This is a hands-on role that will require understanding of the business and the various reporting requirements in order to aid the end-users and in successfully delivering on the consent order/regulatory ask.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing an understanding of the data flows and data architecture of the various systems in scope.
  • Stewarding towards data integrity: working with the business to understand remediation of data quality issues as evaluated by self ; escalate data integrity issues as required.
  • Researching and resolving data quality and/or reporting issues
  • Working with different SMEs/stakeholders and data groups across NAM, EMEA and APAC and defining, documenting, and communicating business and data requirements.
  • Developing customized reports as required, improving upon existing reports and processes
  • Working with the engineering team to co-ordinate build efforts, leading QA and UAT efforts.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking resolution of application issues and enhancements
  • Being a key systems resource on complex and/or critical issues while working towards development of innovative solutions
  • Responding to user inquiries and managing each request for resolution. Responsible for working with developer(s) to ensure prompt turn-around and resolution of issues.
  • Liaising with software vendors regarding software functionality and enhancements.
  • Training and documenting of application and reporting process.
  • Manage & help with agile and scrum calls-manage the JIRA BOW
  • Any other related responsibility as assigned by management on a need be basis.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in a product development/product management environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
  • Experience in affecting large culture change
  • Experience leading infrastructure programs
  • Skilled at working with third party service providers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with reporting, data sourcing projects and experience with financial data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen - strategic understanding of business processes and the ability to work with different levels within the organization and a fast learner.
  • Must have advanced MS Office skills-specially MS Excel. Should be able to model the reporting details and data structure using Excel as these would serve as testing and validation artifacts.
  • Go getter- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
