The Finance Solutions Intmd. Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for managing Strategic Ledger (Significant Process Incident Response Team) S/He should ensure smooth functioning of all BAU activities while adhering to all control guidelines. S/He will interact with Tech / Accounting teams / Upstream / Downstream platform partners to discuss, resolve and escalate issues appropriately to manage expectations.

• Work on Complex data & functional queries, drive resolutions across different groups
• Hold external teams (Technology / GFTS) accountable and ensure they deliver against deadlines
• Act as “reviewer” for critical and complex processes
• Act as SME for platform
• Assess impact of changes to process/platforms and identify mitigating strategies
• Define processes for own area, standardize processes across regions/centers
• Identify redundancies/improvements in own processes and implement the same
• Identify opportunities to reduce INC volume by collaborating with different user groups for platform trainings with
• Define/Standardize/Analyze process metrics
• Escalate externally for delays in process/tasks
• Design & Implement process controls and review them for applicability
• Manage and report control issues with transparency
• Can drive SPIRT Projects/Initiatives
• Manage, assign and track team members work responsibilities
• Assist in the development of process efficiencies and improvement efforts as well as data quality improvement projects
• Interpret policies, guidelines, and processes and resolve complex problems and transactions
• Assist with the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Financial Services Industry and Project Management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Ability to work with multiple functions
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of providing functional & data analytics support on Full Suite / Oracle or similar ledger platform is a plus
