We're seeking a Client Onboarding Medior Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform proper system setups based on the client’s requirements, ensuring the highest accuracy, effectiveness and timelines.
- Verify and authorize data elements in the adequate systems and applications.
- Co-operate with other teams/employees in delivering high level of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge.
- Participate in projects within the account services space, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams i.e Product Managers, Client Service, Implementation Support.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems/features implementation.
- Develop and implement processes improvements and analyze complex issues to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Apply appropriate bank’s regulations while processing the requests - stay up to date with the current procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s/University degree
- Strong command of spoken and written English (C1 and higher)
- 2+ years of experience in financial institution, working closely with data and system setups
- Client onboarding or FX experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management, problem solving skills
- Analytical approach
