Salesforce Lightning Configuration Analyst - Vice President

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform or a similar enterprise tool. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders, as well configure in a low production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements, reporting, and configuration.
• Work closely with technology teams to design and implement solutions within Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Support configuration activities and ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, demonstrating solutions, progress, and key metrics.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
• Provide excellent customer service in interactions with internal stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
• Ensure project deliverables are well-organized, documented, and completed on time. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with direct exposure to Salesforce or a similar enterprise platform.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, configuration, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics (e.g., Salesforce Reports, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with system configuration, user acceptance testing, and supporting platform enhancements.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related disciplineProven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to Salesforce or a comparable enterprise platform.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand system configuration and data structures.
• Experience with reporting and analytics, including the creation of dashboards and performance metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
