We play a key role in supporting our global clients to ensure they have a first-class experience in service performance and strategic partnership.

Asset Servicing Technology team is part of wider Markets Operations Technology group. In this role we are looking for a Senior Full stack developer with hands on experience in delivering crtiical strategic businnes and tech transformation projects.
Our strategic application, ASPEN (Asset Servicing Processing Environments), provides Asset Servicing processing capabilities globally, including announcement capture, stock record capture and notifications to internal and external clients. This is an opportunity to join a global technology team and work on some exciting tech transformation initiatives.
- This is a Vice President Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst role within the Asset Servicing Tech group. You will be a lead full stack developer within the Client Servicing pod responsible for the delivering key business and tech mandatory enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive execution and delivery
- Lead a culture of innovation & experimentation, support full software lifecycle that incorporates the best of technology approaches & delivery methodologies
- Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team and ensure best practices are followed within the team.
- Validate detailed requirements, working through and delivery of solutions.
- Influence technical architecture and negotiate/communicate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary
- Provide thought leadership on how to grow the platform.
- Hands-on Development opportunity across the latest niche technologies like ELK, Kafka, Mongo, Microservices
- Continuous Collaboration with teams spread across geography.
- Ensure Code quality and proper coverage is maintained, using tools like Secure Assist, Sonar etc.
- Ensure proper code governance using GIT/Bitbucket
Qualification and Skills:
- Relevant experience in the Financial Service industry preferably in Asset Servicing processing
- Experienced skills in Java, Angular & Oracle databases
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in driving software delivery and transformation through Agile practices and processes, with a focus of establishing Continuous Delivery culture and process
- Exceptional communicator who loves working with people, confident communicating at all levels from an individual team to the entire enterprise
- 6-10 years experience in Applications Development role
- Demonstrated ability to act as SME in this area and guide junior resources.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Experience working in Oracle and Schema less Databases.
- Experience in Big Data systems like Hadoop/Hive
- Experience working with Elasticsearch/ELK stack.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree
- Master’s degree preferred

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
