Tech Operations Lead

This position will be part of the Citi Global Innovation Labs within the CTO organization. The organization is focused on delivering cutting edge solutions across Citi’s businesses globally.
The Tech Operations lead will be part of the Global Operations team at Citi Global Innovation Lab and. He/she/Them will drive the end-to-end day to day operations activities for the site in Tel-Aviv, including making sure the site in being managed in alignment with Citi Standards, engaging with all relevant stakeholders within Citi and externally and making sure all employees operational needs are covered.
Key objectives of this role:
Lead business operations processes for the organization and implement best practices where needed to improve efficiency
Track business results and organizational matrixes, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring organizational KPIs.
Execute and overseeing all operations processes, reporting and measurements
Execute the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
Own a broad and comprehensive understanding of multiple systems, theories and practices related to banking
Key daily responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day activities and routines required to run the site in Tel-Aviv
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Ensure all systems, processes and reporting operate smoothly and align with the organization quality standards
Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and ensure end-to-end processes completion
Oversee the Employee engagement plan and act as engagement ambassador for the global engagement plan
Responsible for operations projects, reports and tasks to meet the labs goals and BOW
Work with key stakeholders in business and technology to build and manage relationships, addressing all aspects of the relationship governance: providing regular support for the site routines and relevant projects
Work in partnership with the Finance, Business execution and HR to execute operational processes and routines, site events, employee onboarding and life-cycle tasks etc.
Ideal Candidate:
Academic degree in BA
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years of operations/Chief-of Stuff experience
Recognizes the challenge of communication with remote team members and takes action to overcompensate
Demonstrated experience in operations management in the financial sector
Demonstrated experience in site operations management
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to details
Superior Planning & Organization skills
Excellent Workflow and Process Management skills/experience
Strong ability to influence without authority
Team player – puts own success below the success of the team
