Controls and Reporting Analyst of the Customer Service Department

The Controls and Reporting Analyst is an independent position in the Customer Service Department – CitiService. This position will report directly to the Department Director and will be responsible for coordinating and controlling MCA activities within the department. This position will also be responsible for tasks related to business ownership of applications and all types of reporting (MIS). Additionally, the analyst will participate in risk identification and mitigation activities initiated within the Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing MCA audits
- Taking initiatives, seeking and presenting opportunities to improve control processes
- Verifying procedural provisions
- Independently taking actions to optimize control processes, analyses, and reports
- Serving as an expert in control analyses
- Participating in compliance activities
- Participating in promoting the Unit by preparing and conducting training for other areas
- Taking action regarding business ownership of applications
Qualifications:
- Experience in banking
- Preferred experience in MCA audits
- Experience in project management at a bank
- Knowledge of banking products, IT systems and procedures, and regulatory acts of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.
- Good command of Polish and English
- Analytical thinking and teamwork skills
- Aptitude for utilizing reporting tools and applications
- Proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
