Citi Banking is seeking full-time Analysts to join its Investment Banking team in Paris, commencing in 2026. The Investment Banking division provides advisory services to corporate clients regarding capital market fundraising and strategic support for financial transactions.

Your potential contributions with clients may involve mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, as well as the underwriting and distribution of equity, debt, and derivative securities. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will engage in a comprehensive training program designed to provide an in-depth education on the core aspects of the Analyst role and integrate you into Citi’s organizational culture. Regardless of your academic background, we are committed to providing the necessary training for your success.
We are dedicated to your professional development. The Analyst program begins in July with an intensive four-week training program. Following this, you will join a team, and your training will continue through on-the-job experience. By the third year of the program, internal mobility opportunities will be available.
What you’ll do:
Collaborating with senior Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) officers and professionals, participating in specific client transactions, projects, or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team.
Organizing and analysing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans.
Preparing written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
Conducting economic and financial research.
Evaluating a company’s financial performance relative to overall industry and market trends.
Building complex financial models for valuation purposes.
Appropriately assessing risk in business decision-making, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This involves driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.

What qualifications we are looking for:
Expected to achieve or have achieved an upper second-class honors degree (2:1) or equivalent at the undergraduate level in any discipline from a University, Business school or Engineering school
For graduates from a French university, a grade of 13 or above is required.
You possess an interest in business and prior relevant work experience in investment banking.
