Citi Commercial Cards is the leading provider of Commercial Card solutions to multi-national companies, middle market and public sector clients, offering global payment capabilities in over 100 countries, where North Asia (JANA) and South Asia (AS) clusters play a pivotal role in the overall franchise. The business is focused at providing Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and Business-to-Business (B2B) product verticals which form the core of Citi’s business spend management offering, leveraged by over 8+ million cardholders worldwide.

Reporting to the Asia Commercial Cards Head, this mid-junior role will own, drive selected projects, initiatives and commercialization efforts across the franchise. The role will act as a key enabler of new capabilities, enhancements, simplification and standardization, while having a tangible contribution to the business’ financial performance. The role will interact externally with partners and clients and will collaborate with internal stakeholders from Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Operations and Technology teams and all respective Functions in order to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulation, structuring and execution of assigned projects, initiatives and deliverables across whole range of business – relating to B2B, T&E and Network management verticals.
  • Commercialization of key Commercial cards enhancements and initiatives
  • Project governance: Interaction with functional partners from legal, compliance, risk and other functions in order to drive initiatives.
  • External interaction with Visa, Mastercard, fintech's, largely on tactical level.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate Europe / US time zones interactions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably across Cards, Payments & Transactional Banking & Payments
  • Proven record of execution of successful projects management and/or delivery on product ventures and company initiatives
  • Driven, results-oriented, analytical thinker thriving in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong and clear communicator
  • Due to the nature of clientele incumbent will be managing, conversational knowledge of further ASEAN / North Asia languages will be Good to Have.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree is good to have.
