Business Analyst (Trustee Change Team)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
- Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations;
- Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas;
- Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver business requirements and system testing;
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
- Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk;
- Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and internal approvals for the project are obtained;
- Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations.
What we are looking for:
- 2 – 3 years of experience business analyses and projects;
- Experience in building end to end business requirements and process mapping;
- Experience in UAT test and tests scenarios writing
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines;
- Ability to work on own or part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders;
- Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries.
