Responsibilities:

  • Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation;
  • Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations;
  • Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas;
  • Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver business requirements and system testing;
  • Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;
  • Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk;
  • Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary Client and internal approvals for the project are obtained;
  • Ensure implemented process is compliant with local and global regulations.


What we are looking for:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience business analyses and projects;
  • Experience in building end to end business requirements and process mapping;
  • Experience in UAT test and tests scenarios writing
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work on own or part of a team;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders;
  • Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries.
