Role Overview
The Enterprise Resilience Senior Analyst is a professional within Citi’s Enterprise Resilience Methodology function, supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of Citi’s enterprise-wide Continuity of Business (CoB) and Operational Resilience (Ops Res) frameworks.
This role contributes to the execution of key methodology and governance activities, including documentation, control support, monitoring routines, and coordination with Enterprise Resilience partners across Execution and Testing teams.
The Senior Analyst will partner with Enterprise Resilience subject matter experts to enhance Citi’s ability to continue delivering critical services through disruption, supported by robust continuity planning, governance, and control discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Methodology & Framework Support
Assist in maintaining Citi’s enterprise-wide CoB and Ops Res methodology, including standards, procedures, and supporting documentation.
Support updates to resilience policies and framework materials to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
Control Framework & Governance Activities
Support the resilience control framework by assisting with control documentation, evidence collection, and ongoing monitoring routines.
Contribute to governance processes by helping track control performance, remediation actions, and key deliverables.
Partnership with Execution and Testing Teams
Coordinate with Enterprise Resilience Execution teams responsible for Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure alignment with enterprise methodology and control requirements.
Partner with Enterprise Resilience Testing teams supporting CoB and Third-Party resilience exercises by assisting with methodology-related inputs, documentation, and governance tracking.
Regulatory and Policy Alignment
Assist in monitoring evolving regulatory expectations related to Ops Res and CoB.
Support internal compliance efforts by ensuring methodology materials and control activities align with Citi standards.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement Support
Help prepare reporting, metrics, and governance materials for resilience-related routines.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation quality, and consistency across methodology deliverables.
Professional Development & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with senior team members while building knowledge across CoB, Ops Res, and Citi’s enterprise risk and control environment.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn within a complex organization.
Qualifications & Experience
3–6 years of relevant experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk, or related disciplines, preferably within a large financial institution.
Familiarity with governance frameworks, controls, or policy documentation processes.
Fluency in English
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Proficiency in producing clear documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting enterprise routines.
