We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting customers through excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and attention to detail. Candidates must be punctual and committed to minimizing absenteeism to succeed in this position. The role includes a 4-6 week onsite training period, followed by a consistent onsite work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers via phone and other communication channels.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Multitask effectively, balancing phone calls, data entry, and other responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adhere to schedule requirements, starting work on time and maintaining strong attendance.
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute.
- 10-Key Speed: Minimum 5,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly.
- Ability to multitask and manage phone calls efficiently.
- Previous customer service experience, such as in retail or other roles involving public interaction.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook.
Testing Requirements:
- Candidates must complete the following tests, with actual results uploaded at submission:
- Typing Speed Test
- 10-Key Data Entry Test
- MS Outlook Proficiency Test
Pay Range: $18/hr to $21/hr
