Job Description:
Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels and able to adapt to diverse perspectives and styles
- Individual motivation to excel and capability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Participate in meetings, note takeaways, and action items to support efficiency and accountability
- Create a consistent project progress report to bundle all major updates and watch items
- Assist with strategic projects and the creation of presentations and analysis
- Communicate with leaders to gather/convey relevant information
- Prepare and maintain a team ‘look ahead’ calendar of internal and external events, key deadlines, etc.
Must Have:
- SharePoint design and development experience
- Experience with Ariba, eRequest, ARM, Concur, Workday, WebEx
- Advanced Excel Skills
- (Pivot tables, VLookUp, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
- Prior Financial Institution experience
- Strong communication & previous experience with several different organizations at a time
