Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage and support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform. This role involves maintaining a strong customer base, ensuring seamless equipment setup and training, following up on compliance and monthly check-ins, and coordinating supply and equipment orders.
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage and support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform. This role involves maintaining a strong customer base, ensuring seamless equipment setup and training, following up on compliance and monthly check-ins, and coordinating supply and equipment orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support customers using the Remote Patient Monitoring platform.
- Conduct Virtual Welcome (VW) enrollment calls, provide equipment training, and ensure proper setup.
- Monitor compliance and follow up with customers as needed.
- Perform monthly customer check-ins to ensure continued engagement.
- Process and track supply and equipment orders, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Manage ordering, shipping, delivery confirmations, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), if needed.
- Make outbound calls to notify customers of shipping issues, delays, or missing information.
- Resolve or escalate issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in data processing is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.
- Prior experience with Apple products is helpful.
