Job Description:

Monitor application jobs and services, resolving issues and incidents as they arise, while supporting change and release activities.

Provide day-to-day production application support, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of application problems.

Participate in incident bridge calls and document operations procedures to ensure effective issue resolution and process continuity.

Utilize Unix/Linux systems, write SQL queries, perform database updates, and use monitoring tools like Autosys and Splunk to ensure system health and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica Hadoop systems, including navigating and verifying logs.
Must Have:

Practical experience with Unix/Linux systems.

Strong ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates.
-
Exposure to monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk.

Knowledge of Informatica Hadoop systems.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
