DAY TO DAY
- They are currently rolling out a huge project in the HR Technology space, need 1 resource to support net new work
- 90% coding, 10% working with the business and the development team
- Will report into Manager
- Leader who can look into requirements and begin developments
- Work with On and Off shore teams
- Reviewing all coding, pointing out errors, asking questions
- Push the project forward, make sure the business and the development teams are working hand in hand on the timeline
MUST HAVES
- 10+ years as an Oracle database Developer
- PL SQL experience
- Informatica, CICD Tools
- Autosys scheduling tool
- Any framework knowledge
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Great communication and soft skills
- Financial industry experience
