* We are Hiring for Level III AND IV *
Must Have:

1- 4 years in a similar role, preferably in an MSP environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and endpoint support.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and email security.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
-
Resolve Tier III tickets involving complex networking, servers, or email systems.
-
Mentor Tier II analysts, review escalations, and document resolutions.
-
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
-
Support M365 and GSuite, including email flow and security tools (Mimecast, Defender, Barracuda).
-
Maintain documentation in IT Glue and Kaseya.
-
Automate tasks using PowerShell scripts.
