Position Details:
Job Title: QA Engineer
Industry: (Satellite Broadband Network)
Location: Redmond, WA - 100% Onsite
Pay rate range: $50-70/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll build and maintain test infrastructure for a multi-platform (mobile, web) product that will be used to validate all aspects of the product.
- Work alongside other Quality assurance engineers (QAE’s) to design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans and manual test cases to validate new features.
- Support automation frameworks that work across a wide range of devices with software configuration management (SCM) to establish a continuous build and test cycle.
- Leverage the existing automation framework to design, create and maintain an automated regression test suite.
- You will create and report test execution status summary along with defect information.
Basic qualifications:
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large-sized projects Preferred qualifications
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent
