- Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
- This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems.
- You will address situations where initial product support has been unable to resolve issues, and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to engineering teams.
- Proficiency in LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication/user management systems.
- Understanding of email troubleshooting, including platforms like Office 365 and Exchange.
- Knowledge of Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
- Working knowledge of network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with bi-directional integration between systems.
- Experience with scripting languages, with a preference for JavaScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Ability to gather and interpret various log files.
