Mission:
- These candidates will be responsible for Oracle development for one of the data hub teams in the information security group.
- This is a new initiative for 2025 focused on augmenting their current Datahub that controls the Identity and Access Management for different parts of the bank.
- This application controls most of the permissions at the Bank and is an integral part of the Bank's day-to-day internally.
Day to Day:
- Collabera is looking for an Oracle Developer to focus primarily on hands-on development within existing data systems (80%), while also supporting production issues and database maintenance (20%). Responsibilities include:
- Working with Oracle 11g or 12c
- Designing and enhancing Oracle logical and physical databases
- Modifying and enhancing the existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Oracle database
- Constructing and implementing operational data stores
- Analyzing and optimizing query performance to improve efficiency
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in an Oracle development position
- 5 + years of experience with Oracle 11G or 12C
- 5 + years of PL/SQL experience
- 5 + years of experience in Oracle database tuning
- Experience with database management tools like Toad
- Comfortable working with Hints, Overloading, and Indexs'

- Informatica experience
- Autosys
- Unix
Pay Range: $65/hr - $68/hr
