Job Description:

Provide first-line technical support to internal users via voice and live chat channels

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, proprietary systems, and general IT inquiries

Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
-
Accurately document and escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams
-
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and efficient support delivery
-
Meet or exceed performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Must Haves
-
1–3 years of experience in a similar support or service desk role
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
-
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Plusses
-
Experience with hardware support (Windows 10/11)

Familiarity with tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, Skype
-
Knowledge of networking tools like VPN, Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect
-
Exposure to ITSM platforms like Remedy
