Job
Description:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users via voice and live chat channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications, proprietary systems, and general IT inquiries

  • Manage multiple live chats simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards

  • Accurately document and escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and efficient support delivery

  • Meet or exceed performance goals related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Must Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar support or service desk role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Plusses

  • Experience with hardware support (Windows 10/11)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, Skype

  • Knowledge of networking tools like VPN, Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect

  • Exposure to ITSM platforms like Remedy
