- Supporting software releases, configuration, and monitoring all production system components and infrastructure, and ensuring that production changes follow change management best practices.
- Change management: pushing all changes to production, writing changes in ServiceNow
- Deploying and writing code
- Data cleaning and modeling
- Build and maintain SQL database
- Identify current data gaps, leverage available analytics tools and programming languages to mine available data and deliver analytic findings
- Strategize with the team to create solutions with a robust focus on automation, scalability, and action-oriented intelligence
- Experience working in a high pressure environment using agile methodologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, modeling, coding, debugging, troubleshooting and performance tuning data warehouse-based applications using SQL
- 5+ years of strong SSIS ETL, Autosys for scheduling
- 5+ years ServiceNow
- Experience on a scrum team, understand complex query's and writing stories
- Enterprise Pipeline experience
