Day-to-Day:
- This BA will be responsible for collecting requirements, performing any needed analysis, data mining, and reporting to support projects in flight and new demands to support their platform initiatives. ?
Must Haves:
- ServiceNow Background and familiarity
- ITSM (IT Service Managment) experience
- ITOM (IT Operations Management) experience
- 2 years minimum as a Business Analyst
- Targeting 2-6 years
- Soft skills are SUPER important here!
- Experience working on large-budgeted projects
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience
- Agile environment experience
- Change Management experience
- Demand Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
