Pay Range: $35-$42/hr
Description:
- Need a SME for complaints management, not looking for manufacturing QA
- This team will not be doing the complaints data entry, they will be involved in complaints processing, evaluation and reporting.
- Creating and updating procedures withing complaint handling system.
- Will perform CAPA, deviations, working within red lining procedures (evaluation and closure of complaints in line with the regulatory guidelines) for product complaints.
- Documentation and record keeping for product complaints.
Education:
- Bachelors/Masters degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
Must Haves/Top Skillsets:
- Complaints handling experience for any products in regulated industry, not necessarily medical devices.
- Good Documentation Practices.
- Working independently.
Preferred:
- Medical Device complaint handling experience.
- Familiarity with medical devices regulations.
- Post Market Surveillance Experience.
