Role Overview:
- Join Banks Global Service Desk, providing first-line IT support to internal employees via phone and chat.
- Ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service and technology, who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for MS and internal systems

Handle up to two simultaneous chat sessions

Accurately document tickets and escalate as needed

Maintain performance metrics and client satisfaction

Post-training: 4 day onsite, 1 remote (if performance targets met)
Skills:
-
1–3 years of IT support or customer service experience

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Preferred Knowledge:

Windows 10/11, MS Office, Office 365, SharePoint

Citrix, VPN, AnyConnect

ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy – nice to have)
