Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong client care/customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in chat support and Windows 10
- Capable of meeting/exceeding KPIs and service level goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support via chat and phone
- Handle 2 live chat sessions at once while maintaining service levels
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to:
- Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Office/Office 365
