Job Description:
- Note: aiming to hire all 6 contractors and onboard on same date for cohort style training.
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
Type of recruiting role:
- Sourcing role.
- Focusing on top of funnel passive candidates.
- Then would move candidates to team member to close out.
Roles: Market intelligence team – SDE, tech PM, etc
Team: Every quarter their profiles will swap (ex, 1 quarter will be SDE, 2nd quarter tech PM. All will be technical)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting
Software: LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Experience with ATS or CRM systems.
Not looking for:
- Closing recruiters, non tech recruiters, low sourcing volume experience.
Justification for Request:
- Building a SWAT team of sourcers that will support top of funnel for a centralized soucring team.
Work that will not get completed without this resource(s):
- Building a SWAT team of sourcers that will support top of funnel for a centralized sourcing team.
Extension/ conversion:
- Potential for conversion based on business needs
Role interesting:
- Centeralized tech sourcing/recruiting team for worldwide client stores.

Number and Type of Interviews:
- Phone screen and then moving to a 3-person chime video interview.
Extra Interview Prep for Candidate:
- Behavioral and experience review.
- Tech – will have them do a live Boolean search during interview.
