Job Summary:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for high-revenue LATAM (Brazil) clients, providing support, training, and education on CashPro systems via phone and email. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into formal requirements and technical solutions

Support and resolve client issues related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

Engage clients confidently and professionally in Portuguese

Navigate multiple systems while delivering superior customer service
Preferred Qualifications:

IT degree or equivalent experience
-
3+ years in technical support or banking services
-
1–2 years in financial services and client-facing roles
-
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with feedback and change
