Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural standards and best practices
- Guide and mentor developers, business systems analysts, product owners, and QA engineers
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with Data Cloud and DASS teams to refine data models and optimize data flows
- Maintain and document technical solution designs
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and daily stand-ups
- Communicate proactively with business and technical stakeholders.
Must Haves
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with deep Loyalty Cloud and Marketing Cloud expertise
- Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce ecosystem architecture
- Strong Agile leadership skills and demonstrated experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in creating and reviewing solution architectures and technical documentation.
Plusses
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, Data Cloud Consultant)
- Enterprise-scale Salesforce implementation experience
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools and best practices for Salesforce deployments
