About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone with strong data and reporting experience who can effectively communicate insights and support business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance regular reports and dashboards to support business objectives.
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Manage and maintain documentation and content on Confluence and SharePoint sites.
- Track project status, issues, and deliverables using Jira.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports in PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate outputs on time.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, HTML, and SharePoint.
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
