Electrical Design Engineer
Contract to Hire: Fremont, California, US
Salary Range: 75.00 - 80.00 | Per Hour

DayToDay Responsbilities:
- Create complete design packages, including drawings and Revit 3D models.
- Perform load calculations and other system sizing independently.
- Develop and implement electrical designs without reliance on a drafting team.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, energy codes, fire codes, and requirements for hazardous materials and chemical systems.
- Work across multiple Fremont offices and project sites.
- Collaborate with the lead engineer for QA/QC reviews.
Must Have:
- Engineering background (degree not mandatory).
- Licensed Engineer (PE preferred).
- Proficient in Revit 3D modeling and drafting.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, data center environments.
- Familiarity with building, energy, and fire codes; hazardous materials requirements.
Ability to work onsite 5 days/week at multiple Fremont-area offices
