Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Network Analyst to join our Network Analytics and Strategy team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can translate insights into actionable strategies. The Network Analyst will play a key role in supporting network performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives, while delivering comprehensive analyses for Sales and Account Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze network performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making.
  • Provide analyses and actionable insights to Sales and Account Management teams to support client strategies and business growth.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to optimize network efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience analyzing data and creating reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and Access (queries, database management).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coursework or certifications in data analysis, database management, or network strategy.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $102,081.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
